|Recommended: YesI would come back — Don’t get me wrong I love my home state Maine but if I ever have to come back to Merced CA , I would come straight to Village Terrace without hesitation, shout out to the staff for their professionalism and courtesy always ready to help with a big smile.

|Recommended: YesA Great Place To Live — Living here at Village Terrace is a great place to live. Janet and Asia are amazing and really listen regarding any issues or concerns and always follow up very promptly.There recommendations they have given me living here have benefited me 200 as I am new to living in an apartment for the first time as a man in my mid 40’s. My apartment is in top notch condition and anytime I do need repairs, the Resident Portal makes it so easy to report any problems that need attention. Ben and Carlos in maintenance always get things fixed right and have been so kind to me in the repair process, they even show up on a Saturday when it’s not been expected. I would highly recommend Village Terrace to anyone trying to live quietly and peacefully and I consider it a true Blessing to be here

|Recommended: YesSo Friendly and Great — I really enjoy how attentive the staff are. They really help you with all your questions and assist you with any issues you have. The neighbors are so nice, they greet you when you Pads by. The unit we got is located in such a convenient spot too.
