Best Apartments in Merced!

This is really a great place to live. The floorplans are nice and open with modern features like granite countertops. The windows are new, which keeps it well insulated. I love that they have garages as well. The staff have all been super nice and helpful, from Laurie in the office to the friendly maintenance team. We enjoy living here; it feels like a community. It's quiet, clean, and the ammenities are great. These are definitely the nicest apartments in Merced!

Best Apartments in Merced!

Great place to live!

I have lived here for over 6 months now and don't have a single complaint. The staff is always polite and helpful when needed. It is a quiet and safe place to live too.

great family atmosphere

MAnfamily and I have lived here two tines now. We left temporarily and ended up coming back 6 months later because no other place compares. It feels like home. Friendly neighbors..maintenance and staff. They keep up on the property so everything is new and refreshing. The community here is family friendly and quiet. No problems at all. WE LOVE IT HERE! Definitely is one of the safest parts of merced.

Overall Great Place

Great place for students who are going to the UC with the bus stop being extremely close. The staff has been friendly and super quick to help with any problems. My only complaint is about the parking. At times parking has been difficult because you only get one designated parking spot. If you and a roommate each have a car it can be difficult to find parking in the complex if you are returning from late classes or work.

Good staff

The staff here are very friendly so far, and good about answering questions. In general, the place is well maintained. This place would be perfect if the units were designed to let in a little more light.

Review for TV raffle

Village Terrace was beyond my expectations for a college student's apartment. The rooms are spacious, with fully functioning appliances that make me feel at home. The atmosphere of the complex is very green and welcoming and provides a comforting living and studying area. The ladies in the office and the maintenance guys are very helpful and friendly; they always say hello and ensure the best comfort for their residents.

what I think about Village Terrace

Village Terrace was my first choice when I arrived in Merced and since I liked it so much I came back to stay here for the second time. It has all the things i wished for... nice cozy apartments in a peaceful location with friendly staffs and good neighbors !!

Wonderful appartments

Customer service is the best ever since day one to present. Amenities are great. Rent is relatively low. Neighbors are quiet and cool. Apartment was well taken care. Very safe neighborhood.

My Experience at Village Terrace

My experience at Village Terrace has been a excellent one. I cannot imagine living anywhere else. The staff at Village Terrace are very welcoming, professional and dedicated in what they do. I have had nothing but positive experiences here and I would strongly recommend people to living in this welcoming community. Thank yoiu Village Terrace staff for what you do and making this neighborhood a great place to live.

Village Terrace Living

Great Apartment complex that has been my home since coming to college. I like this complex because it is very peaceful and is located in the safest part of Merced. The staff is very helpful and makes you feel at home right away. There is also a great maintenance crew that will fix anything wrong. Overall great complex and would recommend to anyone searching for Merced's best apartment living.
